Q: Is it safe for me to order a shipment of chocolates in the summer?
We take maximum care to insure that your order arrives in the best possible condition and that you will be satisfied with the delivery. Summer shipments are protected with freezer packs and Styrofoam to maintain a healthy temperature for the chocolates during shipment. In the summer warm months we only ship on Monday and Tuesday to avoid a package being stored in a hot warehouse over a weekend.
Q: How do you deliver outside of the Upper Florida Keys?
All shipments outside of the Upper Florida Keys are made through USPS, Fedex or UPS, depending on the circumstances of the moment.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
Our Chocolate truffles are made of pure ingredients with no preservatives added. They have a relatively short shelf life and should be consumed within two to three weeks of receipt. Our pure chocolate products such as our shells and Chocodiles have a much longer shelf life of up to six months or more when kept in a proper temperature. But for maximum enjoyment, we suggest that you consume them within two or three weeks of receipt.
Q: Do I need to refrigerate my truffles?
It is not necessary to refrigerate chocolate as long as it is kept in a comfortable range of 57 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. We strongly recommend that you keep all chocolates out of direct sunlight or away from strong food odors that could affect the taste.
Q: Are there any allergy issues that I need to be aware of?
Our chocolates are produced in kitchens where nuts and dairy products are handled. It is possible that any of our truffles will have traces of nuts.
Q: Do you have gluten free?
Gluten is a wheat product so no chocolate has gluten in it, unless it is added. Ours’ is gluten free.
Q: Are your products kosher?
Not yet, but this is certainly a future consideration.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
Our policy is no returns. But we absolutely want to provide the maximum customer satisfaction with each order. In the event there is a problem with your order that was clearly our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a replacement (not including shipping charges) or a refund.
